With over 17 years of professional experience, Chef Renny Smith has dedicated her career to reimagining the kitchen as a place of second chances. Her journey began with a conviction that a hot meal can be the first step back. She founded Dine with Renny and now leads The Reset, where adults rebuilding their lives earn ServSafe certifications and step into paid work.
As a ServSafe Certified Instructor and Proctor, Chef Renny personally trains and certifies every graduate. Her vision is clear: where you've been doesn't decide where you're going. Operating through ATR Resource Services, she provides the skills and support needed for a lifetime of success.
